You can return products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or replacement. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will cover ALL costs involved in getting you a new product and/or returning the original product. You will NEVER incur a cost if you receive a defective product or if we make a mistake. If you decide you want to return your product within 30 days for reasons other than defect, we will refund 100% of the price paid after it is returned (no re-stocking fees). You are responsible for shipping in this case.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
If your item was damaged during transit or you received a defective item, we will replace your products at no charge. Just send us an email at email@example.com to receive information about your return.
